Bookings & Payments All services are paid in full at the time of booking through the website. Payments can be made via card, Apple Pay, Klarna, or other available options. Cancellations & Reschedules More than 48 hrs before → Free cancellation or reschedule Cancellation 48–24 hrs before → Free reschedule, or 50% of the service fee charged if cancelling Cancellation less than 24 hrs before / No-show → 100% of the service fee charged Travel London Zone 2 → Included London Zone 1 → +£25 London Zones 3–4 → +£20 London Zone 5 (within M25) → +£30 London Zone 6 (within M25) → +£35 Outside M25 → Travel fee quoted on request
